The Estonian cider mill Jaanihanso dedicates us one of their ciders

LA SIDRA.- This cider mill -which has participated in the International hall of Gala Ciders (SISGA) with a lot of success- has dedicated Asturies and LA SIDRA its last product. It is a didecation to out International Delegate Anzu Fernández, appearing in the label pouring a cider glass.

In the label we can read: One cannot go to Asturies and not become inspired by it. We went and saw and fell in love. The coolest thing was that we learned sidra is made the same way Jaanihanso cider is : with wild yeast and natural malolactic fermentation, with cider maker more as a shepherd than a master. Here’s our tribute to real Sidra and Anzu who made it possible. Jaanihanso Sidra is completely dry, unfiltered, unpasteurized, and bottle conditioned for a mild natural carbonation. The main apple variety used os Antanovka.

From here we truly thank Jaanihanso cider mill and await their participation in this SISGA’17.
