THE CIDER. – The Asturian tables in Christmas have for years an exceptional guest who little by little has managed to occupy a preferential place in our tables throughout the year, as is the brut cider. Asturian sparkling cider is a great choice from appetizer to dessert, but each has its own moment, and we could even say that there is a sparkling cider for every taste, for every palate.
