They are two of the ciders that most attract the attention of lovers of gourmet products and that are conquering the most demanding palates; the first one managed to position itself as a delicatessen drink for any celebration, the second promises to be the great revelation of the sector.
THE CIDER.- It seems that we talked about an epic literary saga or an adventure movie. But no. What we are dealing with in this article is – as it could not be otherwise in this magazine – about cider. The ice cider is a product that, although Asturies already has a decade of history, is still “discovered” every year by lovers of delicatessen flavors. And the fire cider … the fire one is a novelty in this country, which we had the pleasure of knowing and tasting in the Open Tasting of the past International Hall of Gala Ciders -SISGA/IHGC- which was held last week September at the Palaciu de Revillaxixéu in Xixón.
