Hake with cider in the 1st Gastronomic Days Ruta Vía de La Plata

It is an interschool initiative in which the CIFP Hospitality and Tourism of Asturies in Xixón, the IES Valle de Aller and the CIFP of Zamora.

LA SIDRA.- The Vía de la Plata is one of the best-known and most striking itineraries of the State for its history, natural beauty and monumental heritage. • Appetizer with Zamorano cheese base (DOP)

• Chickpeas from Fuentesaúco (PGI) with boletus

• Fabada Asturiana (IGP Faba Asturiana)

• Cider cooked hake

• Lamb stewed with patatinas.

• Rice pudding

This ‘Gastroguía’ is carried out in collaboration with the Technical Office of Management of the Network of Cooperation of Cities on the Ruta de la Plata, which for several years has made known the variety and richness of the cuisine along this historic itinerary .
