LA SIDRA.- Lara Roguez (chef of the year 2020) has presented a new line of gourmet products that she signs together with the online store ‘Érase un Gourmet (once upon a time a Gourmet)’. These are six handcrafted products with two great protagonists: cider and extra virgin olive oil. The proposals are: Mr. Ovies’s cider dressing, cider vinegar with strawberries and lavender, oil salt, cider salt, oil emulsion and an oil marmalade.
“These recipes are ideal to accompany many sweet and savory recipes and will help to give a touch to the dishes at home as the chef would do in her restaurant at the Aquarium of Xixón” they explained.
The Kraken Executive Chef, recently awarded Chef of the Year 2020, practices imaginative cuisine in which she creatively mixes ingredients to create surprising dishes for the palate. In Xixón, the lovers of its braised octopus with boar mince are already legion.
