Inside the activities of the 1st Fair of the Asturian Conserve, LA SIDRA organizes a guided cider tasting managed by the experts Manuel G. Busto and Donato Xuaquín Villoria.
THE CIDER.- The tasting will be held today Saturday 2nd of July at Los Arcos Restaurant in Cuideiru and the ciders presented will be:
- Zapica. Mixed cider by Buznego Cider Mill (Villaviciosa)
- Brut Viuda de Angelón, by the same cider mill. (Nava)
- Demy-dry Riestra dby the same cider mill.(Sariegu)
- Mayador Rossé, by the same cider mill. (Villaviciosa)
- Diamantes de Xelu, by Viuda de Angelón (Nava)
- Aged cider liquor Salvador del Obispo, by Casería San Juan del Obispo, (Sieru)
The tasting will begin at 18:30 and ww will have the privilege of having it guided by two experts in cider: Manuel G. Busto and Donato Xuaquín Villoria, LA SIDRA’s usual collaborators who will explain to the visitors (limited vacancies) the main virtues and features of these ciders.
