Cidermakers, not without effort, have taken up the baton. Their commitment and perseverance is clear; and it must be said that they are doing a good job by taking significant steps to place their products in the market.
It is not a surprise. Most of our cidermakers know about the importante of tradition, good making and raw materials, but they also dare to start new brands making clear that I+D+I (Investigation + Development + Innovation) is essential in their companies.
