Natural sparkling cider, made by Trabanco, from bitter, sour and sweet apple varieties harvested and selected by Trabanco in its own apple orchards. Fermented in chestnut barrels to later add the appropriate percentages of carbon dioxide and sugar. In its color, pale yellow and old gold predominate, in Avalon flavor it stands out for its balance in acidity and sugars.
