THE CIDER. – The Asturian tables in Christmas have for years an exceptional guest who little by little has managed to occupy a preferential place in our tables throughout the year, as is the brut cider. Asturian sparkling cider is a great choice from appetizer to dessert, but each has its own moment, and we could even say that there is a sparkling cider for every taste, for every palate.
In these dates in Sidra Trabanco works at full capacity to prepare and bottle their sparkling cider, since in recent years they have seen demand double and the Asturians were betting on a product of the country made with Asturian apple and covered by the Denomination of Origin as Poma Áurea.
