LA SIDRA.-The Mayador cider mill keeps betting on natural and organic products, after the success achieved with the Organic Cider Vinegar and now presents the first Ecological Apple Juice, without gluten, without added sulfites and under the same brand M. Busto.
A cider with a bright amber color where you will find primary floral aromas of the apple varieties used, appearing ripe fruit notes in the secondary aromas.
On the palate a perfect harmony between the fixed acidity and the sweet notes with a long, persistent final flavor and perfect integration of the bubble.
