Gastronomic Days of the apple and cider in Valleseco

From November 30 to December 9 bars and cafes in this municipality of Gran Canaria will offer skewer plus bottle of gasified cider at € 3

LA SIDRA.- Ten days to enjoy and know the good food of this corner of Gran Canaria, allowing to know the cider that is made in Valleseco, at 1,000 meters above sea level, and the good gastronomy of this municipality, reference for itself because the good cooking.

As an example of what is being prepared: cress cream with apple and goat cheese, pork tenderloin with cider sauce, chickpeas with candied apple, hot peppers stuffed with cod and apple, duck confit in Valleseco cider sauce or crepes stuffed with warm apple compote and covered with hot chocolate, and together, the initiative of snack plus a bottle of gasified cider  at € 3 is included, all to pamper yourself during the coming celebrations.
