Paola Goulart has been with her son Kevin Goulart for more than a year at the head of this  family business located very central, next to the Children’s Park.

LA SIDRA.- After several years working in the restauration sector, they decide to set up the typical cider bar where snacks are the basis of the menu, but decide to innovate in some dishes and from their Brazilian cuisine, we can taste an exquisite picaña cut Brazilian style. The hand of the cook is also noted in their other specialties such as llacon con grelos, oxtail, pork legs or exquisite beef cheeks and made to order any type of cachopo.

As you could not miss there are desserts in abundance, mostly homemade.

They learned and know the importance of the role played by cider and give the customer the best service in this section, not only the temperature, but also the pouring and something else … the possibility of choosing from a wide and varied range of brands. They have Orizón, recently awarded at the Nava Festival, Viuda de Angelón, Viuda de Palacios, JR, Trabanco on the mother or Muñiz d’Escoyeta.
