El Chabolu, centenary reference for the people from Xixón.

This one is only one hundred years old!

In Deva, right next to the source of the Peñafrancia River, it offers in its centuries-old house, now renovated with taste by the new generations, a garden-picnic area with a covered porch, and an interior of meticulous decoration, with fireplace included for winter.

Gastronomically, its main hallmark is its snaks of a lifetime, from the classic potato omelette, nowadays with seaweed or Cabrales cheese, to the cabraque pie, its homemade croquettes, the salty crepes with mashed potatoes, its dish from the village, the octopus stewed with patatines or the Asturian pot, to end with an exceptional rice pudding.
