Dishes cooked in cider in Nava

The XXXI Gastronomic Days of Cider  Platesin Nava were held on May 11th, 12th and 13th; but the council continues offering throughout the year the dishes that we the Asturians like , those that are cooked on a low fire, in the old way and with the best products of the land.

THE CIDER.- Pure tradition, recipes that speak of our origins, expert hands in the stoves, centenary products or the best cider. These are just some of the characteristics that define the kitchen from Nava. On the 11th, 12th and 13th of May, the XXXI Gastronomic Days of Cider Plates at Nava organized by Hostelnava took place. Seven were the establishments that offered menus and dishes that had as common denominator: our most emblematic drink.

Prida Cider Bar, El Titi Restaurant, La Naveta, Sidrería Plaza, La Figar, Sidrería Casa Mino and Sidrería La Barraca prepared a wide range of gastronomic possibilities to show why these days are some of the most famous in Asturies.
