Course ‘Master Cider Pourer’ at the Faculty of Tourism

The studies will be available in 2019.

LA SIDRA.- The Faculty of Tourism of Uviéu, the Chamber of Commerce and the Hotel and Tourism Association in Asturias today signed a collaboration agreement to introduce two master’s degrees related to the management of catering and hotel management in the next academic year.

The Master in management and planning of restoration companies is aimed at restoration professionals who want to manage their business in an efficient way, as well as graduates in business areas with gastronomic knowledge and will be taught at the Campus of Olloniegu.

On the other hand, the master’s degree in hotel administration and management will be taught in the “hotel school” of Llanes and will have a “modular” design with the objective that students can “customize” the itinerary to suit their interests. Likewise, the institutions propose the creation of a Degree in Gastronomy for 2019 and a course of master pourer in order to make known “the culture of cider”.
