La Revista "La Sidra" ye una espublización mensual de l'Asociación Cultural "Ensame Sidreru" con conteníos n'asturianu y en castellán. El primer númberu de "La Sidra" asoleyóse en setiembre de 2003 convirtíéndose na primer revista temática sobro la sidra n'Asturies.

Anguañu, la revista pasa les 100 páxines a tou collor y  tien una tirada de 3.000 a 6.000 exemplares (sigún el mes) . Recueye noticies de l'actualidá del mundu la sidra, reportaxes, información d'echaores y concursos, sobro la sidra n'otres partes del planeta, entrevistes a chigreros y llagareros, artículos d'opinión y de divulgación, recetes... en definitiva de tolo que se mueve nel mundiu sidreru.

“LA SIDRA” MAGAZINE

The magazine "La Sidra" is a monthly publication of the Cultural Association “Ensame Sidreru” with contents in Asturian and Spanish. The first number of “La Sidra” was published in September of 2003 becoming the first thematic magazine about the cider in Asturies.

Nowadays, the magazine exceeds the 100 full-colour pages and has a print run of 3.000 to 6.000 copies (depending on the month). Collects breaking news of the cider world, reportages, information of cider pourers and contests, about the cider in other parts of the planet, interviews to cidermakers and owners of cider bars, opinion articles, popularizing artricles, recipes... in short, everything that happens in the world of cider.
