The second English cider tsting was conducted by Mike Johnson, cidermaker from Ross Cider & Perry and awarded in this year's Big Apple Cider & Perry. That was noted in the tasting he carried out, that was surely the most didactic one, and one of the best presented, what helped to the good colloquium among the attendees.
As staded, his tasting was an unique experience with the cider from own cider press, that began with the tasting and learning of different ciders and multiple flavours. Then there was a tasting of other kinds of cider in which there was rum mixed with cider, with a very personal flavour, apart of a moderate alcohol degree, and attracted the attention of those who who came from other countries.
Summarizing, a very good tasting due to the product's high quality and for the interest generated among the people.
