In the same act was presented the regular team of Cider Pourers of Tierra Astur, that participates in the Asturian Cider Pourers Championship
After three years of work, the last Friday Tierra Astur Cider Bars presented its internal plan of training and distinction of cider pourers. Golden, silver and bronze Cider Pourers, and the main figure of the "Master Pourer", a real somelier of cider represented in the person of de Sabino Pérez Presa; professional of recognised experience and cider knowledge. Not in vain did manage establishments like the popolar and already disappeared Los Portales Cider Bar from La Pola Sieru, and that nowadays is working at Tierra Astur Cider Bars for two years.
Once again is the private initiative that replaces the ineptness of the "Principality", unable to start and manage an specific degree for the cider pourers through the Catering Schools.
