
This time the Tasting carried out by LA SIDRA was quite different to which we are used to. As we were told by one of the producers, we are tasting the distilled soul of the cider.
We were a few, just fifteen, the ones who could enjoy of this premium tasting at Ca Beleño's. Once again the space restrictions and above all, the difficulty to assess the details in big crowds, made us restrict the participation in this first Cider brandy guided tasting.
It's a pity, becuase once you taste this distillates properly, you appreciate it in a new way. The tasting was carried out by our collaborators Manuel Busto and Donato X. Villoria, with special mastery, reaching a fair good communication with the attendees, one of which brought his own home made cider brandy, which was highly valued.
